This Jean-Louis Scherrer Boutique blouse was featured in the September 1986 issue of Harper's Bazaar, and is numbered "488033." It was made in France from black lace with gold metal threading and lined in silk chiffon. It features puff shoulders, ruffle cuffs and a wide scalloped ascot tie. It does up with 10 buttons in the front and one button on each cuff. It is in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
