This 1980s Jean Halm Paris dress was made in France of a navy blue striped jacquard silk. It features balloon sleeves, a pocket on each side, and a ruffle yoke and cuffs. It slips over the wearer's head, doing up with four hidden shell buttons at the neck and a built-in neck tie. It comes with its original tie belt. It is in excellent condition, has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear.
