This J. Tiktiner bib blouse dates to the late-1970s/early-1980s. It was made in France of an earth tone plaid silk taffeta. It features balloon sleeves and a built-in neck-tie. There are four buttons to fasten the neck and a button on each cuff. It is in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
