This 1960s Isaac Jay dress was made in Canada of lined light aqua wool. It's a fitted bodice with an A-line pleated skirt. The high neck has a built-in jabot tie, and the long pointed cuffs have decorative buttons. There is some loose stitching on the tie near the neck but it's otherwise in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
