1970s Patchwork Leather & Wool Knit Vest

This Halston vest was made in Italy in the early 1970s. It has a crochet, suede, and leather patchwork front, and a blue wool knit back. It does up with three buttons, and comes with an extra. Overall it's in very good condition, with only two very discreet repairs, on the back and on the left seam (see the last two photos.)
