1970s Red Floral Cotton Sleeveless Prairie Maxi Dress

This 1970s Gudule sleeveless maxi dress was made in France of unlined red cotton with a blue and green floral print. Gudule was the Paris boutique where Thierry Mugler began his fashion career in 1968, though we don't believe this piece was designed by him. It has a cream crochet trim and chevron cream crochet insets on the skirt. It comes with the original matching shirred tie belt. There is a discreet repair on the back of the dress that's only visible under close inspection. It's otherwise in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
