This 1991 caftan is by luxury swimwear brand Gottex. Claudia Schiffer wore it in that year's ad campaign. It was made in Israel from sheer blue rayon chiffon, with gold metallic stenciling on the bodice, cuffs, and up the sides. It features voluminous sleeves, pleats down the front and the back, and a 18.75" slit up each side. It slips over the wearer's head and does up with five buttons at the neck, and has two additional buttons on each cuff. It is labeled a size M but would fit a variety of sizes due to its oversized style. It's in excellent condition with only one small mark on the back.
