This is a 1980s blouse by Synonyme de Georges Rech. It was made in France of silky polyester with a brown rosebud print. The front does up with six shell buttons and the neck has an ascot tie. There are built-in shoulder pads (easily removable), a ruffled collar, and elasticized cuffs. It's clean and in excellent condition.
