This 1970s Frank Usher maxi dress has a houndstooth and op-art print in pinks, yellows, and white. It was made in England of an unlined polyester jersey that is easy to care for and excellent for travel. The scarf style top ties at the back and fastens at the back of the neck with a YKK zipper. It is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
