This 1970s-does-1930s blouse is a hand-finished piece of true couture by Montreal couturier Frank Oujezdsky. Made from navy blue silk with a colorful floral pattern and lined in navy silk, its features include a rounded collar with a tie at the neck, short flutter sleeves with two buttons on each shoulder, and thin padding in the shoulders for structure. It does up with sixteen silk and gold buttons, and comes with an adjustable matching silk belt that has a hand-painted buckle. It is in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
