This 1970s-does-1930s blouse by Montreal couturier Frank Oujezdsky is completely hand-finished true haute couture. It was made of a white silk organza with a polka-dot and rosebud print, and lined in white organza. It has a pintuck bodice, a petal collar with a neck tie and huge balloon sleeves with petal cuffs that each have two buttons. It does up with fourteen hand-painted flower buttons. It comes with a clip in the shape of a flower that can be added at the neck and a matching organza belt that has a flower buckle. The cuffs include an extra removable tie that can be made into a bow. The shoulders have a thin padding for structure. It is in excellent condition.
