This true couture, completely hand-finished blouse is by Frank Oujezdsky, a Montreal couturier. It is in the style of 1930s fashion, with a pintuck bodice and shoulders structured with very thin padding, though it in fact dates to the 1970s. It features bishop sleeves with 4 buttons on each cuff, and a rounded collar with fine stitching detail and a necktie. It does up with eleven silk and gold buttons on the bodice and three hidden buttons under the bust. Made from cream silk jacquard, it is in excellent condition.
