This 1990s whimsical collared cape is by French haute couturier, Franck Sorbier. It has a hairdresser theme with a embroidery on the front that says "shampoing, casque, rincer, coiffer, bigoudis, and laque," and a woman's head with 3D ribbon hair and "et le voila travail" on the back. It's made of a hot pink acetate satin, with a red satin lining. It does up with one button at the neck. It is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
