This cape-style swing coat is from Escada by Margaretha Ley's 1990 F/W collection, and was prominently featured in that season's ad campaign. It was made in West Germany from 55% wool/25% angora/20% cashgora in a vibrant marigold color. It does up the front with four black buttons and has a built-in neck scarf. The lining is an "ESCADA"-signed rayon satin. There's a pocket on each side.
Overall, it's in very good condition. There is one discreet moth nibble on the left shoulder and some minor pilling on the underside of the scarf, both of which have been factored into the price. It is clean and ready to wear.
