Emmanuelle Khanh for Youthquake
1966 Space Age Gold & Silver Lurex Mini Dress
Sold Out
This 1966 Space Age mini dress was designed by Emmenuelle Khanh for Youthquake, Paraphernalia boutique's label. Khanh designed a nearly identical dress for Missoni that same year (see the second photo). It was made in the U.S.A. from a lined gold and silk lurex that does up the back a metal zipper.
The price has been greatly reduced due to the presence of multiple repairs throughout the lurex. Please zoom in on the photos for a complete understanding. It remains an important part of fashion history, and would thus make an excellent study piece.
