This Emanuel Ungaro Parallele balloon sleeve blouse we believe to be from his S/S 1991 collection. It was made in Italy of black rayon with yellow gradient polka-dots. It fastens in a wrap style, with four buttons on the waistband and a large tie. There is an additional button on each cuff. It is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
