This 1976 Diane von Furstenberg long sleeve dress features a heart print that the iconic designer herself was photographed wearing the same year. It was made in Italy of unlined blue acrylic jersey. It slips over the wearer's head, with no fasteners. The keyhole ties at the neck, and the original tie belt is included. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
