This 1980s dress is by Diane Freis, an Australian designer who is known for her bold prints. Made from polyester georgette, the body of the dress has a fun abstract print on periwinkle blue and trim is a mix of polka-dots and stripes. It features balloon sleeves, a large ruffled collar, and a beaded tassel necktie. The elasticized waist allows the dress to slips overhead without any fasteners.
