This Miss Dior turtleneck romper dates to the late-1960s/early-1970s, and is most likely from 1970. It was made in France of unlined wool jersey with brown stripes. It fastens at the back with a hand set Eclair zipper.
Overall, it's in very good condition. There are two discreet nicks in the jersey on the front left side of the hips and a very light yellow stain on the front right leg (see the last two photos.) It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
