This Chloé by Karl Lagerfeld 1981 F/W long sleeve dress was originally purchased at Pink Boutique in Nice, France. It was made in France of navy blue wool with an embroidered design trimmed in copper beads on the front. The red version was featured on that season's runway. The high collar can be folded down, and the skirt is higher in the front. It fastens with round military-style brass buttons and a hook-and-eye at the waist.
Overall, it's in excellent condition. There are two very discreet holes that have been patched and are only visible under close inspection. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
