This 1960s Chester Weinberg mod sleeveless mini dress was union-made in the USA of a lined heavy-weight black wool crepe. It has a low back and long straps that snap into place at the back and tie around the front. They can also be worn crossed, depending on the size of your torso. It zips up the left side. The exterior is in excellent condition but there are burn marks on the back of the skirt's lining; these are completely invisible during wear. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
