This 1980s Callaghan tunic dress was made in Italy of unlined textured black viscose jersey. It's expertly draped, creating a voluminous cocoon shape. It has a built-in neck scarf that can be worn as a hood, or wrapped around the neck. The long sleeves have a shell button on each cuff. The dress slips over the wearer's head and fastens in the front with a concealed zipper. The fabric has worn down in a small area on the inside of the scarf, which isn't visible during wear. It's otherwise in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
