A very wearable navy blue & white polka dot Valentino tank top from the late 1980’s/early 1990’s, with scalloped hems on the top and bottom, and white silk piping along the top hem and the hems of the shoulder straps. Featuring a side zipper that opens completely, making the piece easier to take on and off.
