We believe this Bill Tice draped one-shoulder gown dates to 1981, as very similar Bill Tice dresses have been documented from that year. It's made from an unlined black nylon jersey with gold metallic trim and a gold and black braided knot on the shoulder. We photographed it with the label in the back but it looks good with the drape worn in the front as well. It is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
