This 2004 S/S Bill Blass by Michaele Vollbracht sleeveless cocktail dress was union-made in the U.S.A. and originally purchased at Neiman Marcus. It's black silk with a black mesh overlay that has beaded silk flower appliqués throughout, as seen on that season's runway. The bodice has a built-in boned bustier. The dress fastens at the back with a zipper and button at the back of the neck. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
