The plum version of this Biba peplum blouse was featured in the January 1971 issue of Seventeen Magazine. It's made of an unlined silky viscose rayon with a slate blue and cream Art Deco leaf print. It does up the front with seven fabric-covered buttons, and features a rounded collar and rolled-up sleeves. There is some fading, mainly on the right sleeve.
