This 1990s Betsey Johnson long-sleeved mini dress was made in the USA of an unlined brown velour. It features a white crocheted collar with a built in tie at the back. It does up with eleven pearl buttons at the bust.
The hemline is serged but we believe that it may be part of the original design. The fabric is also worn in places on the back. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
