This 1970s Averardo Bessi gown was made in Italy and originally purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue. It has a silk V-neck jersey top with silk chiffon balloon sleeves and a pastel leaf border print. The skirt is comprised of two layers of silk chiffon. It zips up the back, with cuffs that fasten with two fabric-covered buttons.
Overall it's in very good condition. There is a hole and a few small stains on the back of the skirt. These flaws get lost in the fabric and the dress still presents beautifully. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
