This late-1980s/early-1990s Scassi cocktail dress was made in Korea of fully-lined black silk with a vibrant abstract floral print. It has shoulder pads, a tiered peplum skirt and a zipper up the back. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
