This 2012 S/S Anna Sui dress was made in the USA of unlined red silk with a black and cream geometric print resembling game pieces. The collection was inspired by the fashion illustrator Antonio Lopez and in particular his time in Paris, with the designs having a 1970s-does-1940s look. The shoulder pads, cap sleeves, and draping in the front of the skirt contribute to the 1940s silhouette, while a sheer heart lace inset at the waist and keyhole v-neckline modernize it with some sex appeal. The dress fastens at the back with a zipper and two buttons at the neck. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
