1960s Iridescent Teardrop Sequin Flapper Hat

This 1960s André flapper hat was union-made in Canada of iridescent beads and teardrop sequins on a black net. The net overlay gathers in the back, creating great movement. There is a black velvet inner brim and black velvet bow at the back. It measures 20 5/8" in circumference, and is in very good condition.
