This Alexander McQueen blouse is from his 2002 S/S collection titled "The Dance of the Twisted Bull." It's composed of two layers of black silk chiffon with white polka-dots. It features ruffled bell sleeves with raw edges, and a shoulder-baring, halter-esque neckline that slips over the head and crosses at the decolletage, creating a keyhole shape. There are no closures. Made in Italy, it is in in excellent condition (we were told that it was only worn once, for an event), has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
