1980s Navy Silk Taffeta Leg-of-Mutton Sleeve Evening Dress

This 1980s navy silk taffeta evening dress is unlabeled but high quality. It came from an estate full of designer clothing but it's highly likely that the original owner had it custom made by a skilled dressmaker. On top are leg-of-mutton sleeves, a deep-V neckline, and shoulder pads. The dress has a layered ruffle trim, an acetate lining, and a full skirt. It fastens in the front with a Talon zipper. There is some discoloration on the lining of the the dress, but it's otherwise in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
