1980s Green Silk Chiffon Ruffle Blouse

This 1980s blouse is unlabeled and appears to be custom made. We were told that the original owner had a large collection of Yves Saint Laurent, so it was likely inspired by his design. The fabric is a sheer silk chiffon in a vibrant green. It has balloon sleeves, and dramatically ruffled collar and cuffs. It slips over the wearer's head.
The blouse presents beautifully but does have a few flaws to note. The elastics in the cuffs are shot and the chiffon has torn a bit around the elastic on the inside of the left cuff. There is some very discreet discoloration on the bottom front and the inside of the neckline, and it has a speck of bleach on the right side of the collar. There is also some fraying to the chiffon in a few areas around the edges of the ruffles. Please carefully review the photos. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
