This button-up, plunge neck halter top from high end Italian designer Laura Biagiotti is made with black silk/rayon velvet (very soft). The waist is quilted diagonally and buttons up with with four small matching velvet buttons at the front. The waist is lined, but the halter piece is velvet on the inside too, making this top extra luxuriously comfortable. Reminiscent of Michelle Pfeiffer’s sexy chic style in Scarface; early 1980’s glamour.
