This Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche full-length circle skirt is from the iconic 1977 S/S “Les Espagnoles et les Romantiques” collection. It was made in France of black cotton and featured on that season's runway, as well as in 1977 issues of Vogue Italia and L'Officiel Paris. The red cotton around the hem is trimmed with red and green ribbon and black pompoms. It has a drop waist and a metal Eclair zipper fastening the left side with a hook-and-eye. There are two small stains near the right hemline but it's otherwise in very good condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
