Black suede and snakeskin printed vinyl make up this early 1970’s - inspired by 1940’s - platform from the glam rock shoe icon Fred Slatten. Slatten’s imaginative designs graced the feet of performers like Elton John and Diana Ross, and influenced glam rock fashion irrevocably from his West Hollywood studio. Shoes of his from this era are generally hard to find.

Marked size: 8 1/2 (I usually wear an 8-8.5 and these are too big on me. They may be closer to a size 9US)

Condition: These shoes are in excellent condition for their age. There is some minimal wear to the vinyl and soles. The "Fred Slatten" has almost completely worn off. You can still the the indent of the signature on the inside. I've had the top lifts replaced.
