1970s Sequin Snake Black Jersey Evening Dress

This 1970s evening dress is black jersey (likely a rayon/synthetic blend) adorned with a sequin snake with emerald green beaded eyes wrapping around the back and under the bust. The original owner remembers having it custom made in France in 1978. It has spaghetti straps, a deep-V neckline, and a 22" slit up the front left side that's trimmed in sequins. The skirt is lined in nylon. The dress does up the back with a YKK zipper. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
