1970s Seductive Sheer Bust Beaded Nude Chiffon Evening Dress

This striking 1970’s dress was clearly designed with a bold and seductive woman, à la Bianca Jagger, in mind. The arms and front of the torso are sheer and covered in elaborate beading, each composed of an iridescent sequin with a round clear bead and a diamond on top. The beading is especially concentrated at the neckline. The skirt and back of the torso are lined. The material is a synthetic chiffon, most likely nylon, with the fabric ruched in the back, where it does up with a metal zipper and hook & eyes. It comes with its original sash belt. Though it’s unlabelled, it’s clearly a well-crafted and high-quality piece. It is clean, ready-to-wear, and in very good condition; miraculously, no missing beads, but there are some slight snags in the chiffon that are only noticeable under close inspection.
