1970s Pierrot Collar Cream Tulle Lace Balloon Sleeve Dress

This dress is made of an unlined cream floral tulle lace. It features balloon sleeves with elastic cuffs, a pierrot collar and a scalloped hem. We're unsure of the exact era as the fabric feels older, but it was most likely made in the 1970s. It slips over the wearer's head and does up at the back of the neck with a hook-and-eye. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
