1970s Blue Silk Lace Trim Peignoir & Nightgown Set

This 1970s peignoir and nightgown set was made in England from an unlined vibrant aqua blue silk. The peignoir has a scalloped lace trim, ruched yoke, and 3/4 length sleeves. There are no closures, it fastens simply with a tie belt. The nightgown has an empire waist, a sheer lace bust and trim, and spaghetti straps. It fastens in a wrap style.
Overall, the set is in very good condition. The designer label has been removed, and the nightgown has been taken out on the sides, with panels added. The blue silk has some very discreet fading in a couple areas. Both pieces have been professionally dry-cleaned and are ready to wear.
