1970s Indian Cotton Tassel Trim Maxi Dress

This 1970s maxi dress is unlined cream cotton with a blue and burgundy floral block print. It has an elastic empire waist, and tassels under the sleeves and around the cuffs. The elastic neckline can be worn on or off the shoulder.
It's in good condition. The fabric is slightly faded, there's some minor discoloration around the armpits and wear to a few of the tassels. Much of the imperfections are camouflaged by the elaborate print. It's clean and ready to wear.
