1980s Floral Silk Organza Ruffle High-Low Dress Set

This 1980s evening gown set was custom-made for its original owner by a dressmaker of a green, blue, and pink floral print silk organza. The flowing high-low jacket has a hand-rolled ruffle trim, a weighted neckline with a bow, and a built-in green silk top. It slips over the wearer's head. The high-waisted pencil skirt has an interior waist stay and a green silk lining matching the built-in top. The skirt fastens in the back with a concealed zipper and hook-and-eye. The skirt has been taken in (see the last photo) but the set is otherwise in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
