This rare piece is from one of my all-time favourite designers, Jeff Banks! Though he was an integral part of the British Boutique Movement, he remains underappreciated in the fashion community. This early 1970's number boasts many of his signature elements, from the vibrant floral print to the voluminous sleeves. Whether worn as a tunic, or as a micro-mini dress, you will be a standout in this beauty!
