1970s Cream Silk Embroidered Zig-Zag Smock Dress

This Popy Moreni Paris smock dress was made in the late 1970s of 100% cream silk. Unlined, it slips over the head, with two shell buttons on the shoulders as the only closures. It has two deep pockets in the front and features variations of black embroidered zig-zag patterns throughout. It is in very good condition; there is a 1mm x 2mm hole near the top seam of the right pocket, and some embroidery is coming loose at the bottom of the back where a previous wearer sat. These imperfections have been factored into the price, and the garment is freshly dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
