1970s Bouquet Novelty Print Billowing Sleeve Blouse

This 1970s blouse has no labels, (it could be possibly homemade) but it is highly reminiscent of British Boutique designs, such as those by Jeff Banks. The material feels to be a rayon cotton blend in navy blue with a bouquet novelty print and baby pink trim. It features billowing sleeves, and 17 round buttons at the bust with an additional three buttons on each cuff. It is in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
