1960s Embellished Purple & Gold Empire Waist Evening Gown

This 1960s sleeveless empire waist evening gown is missing its designer label, but it was purchased at Isadore's Dress Shop in Edmonton. It was union-made in Canada of purple and gold metallic striped fabric that embellished with purple jewels and gold bullion soutache at the split neckline. The built-in gold rope tassel belt is adorned with purple and blue prong-set glass jewels. The gown zips up the back and is in very good condition.
