1930s Rare Black Cotton Fishnet Evening Gown

This 1930s black fishnet gown is a very rare and unique piece. It was made from an unlined and completely sheer pure black cotton, with a 10” slit up the front hem. It has a ruched neckline, a hem that is slightly longer in the back, and does up with 4 snaps and a hook-and-eye on the left side. The black has slightly faded over the years, but we would consider it to be in excellent condition for a dress this age. It is clean and ready to wear.

Bust - 29" (stretch to 34")

Waist - 23" (stretch to 30")

Hips - 27" (stretch to 39")

Front length - 54"

Back length - 58"
