1920s French Peacock Feather Beaded Silk Chiffon Dress

This 1920s flapper dress was made in France of black silk chiffon with metal beads hand-beaded into a peacock feather design. It has a few features iconic to the era, such as a drop waist and scalloped hem. It slips over the wearer's head, with no closures. It is missing a few beads around the neckline, armpits, and a couple other small areas, but overall it's in excellent condition for a piece of this age.
