This 1990s Nordic House Designs collared raincoat and matching rain hat set was made in the U.S.A. of 100% cotton coated with urethane. It's yellow with a pink, white, and green rose print. The jacket has a pocket on each side, and fastens with two buttons at the waist. The hat has a 4 3/8" brim and measures 21.75" in circumference. Both pieces are in very good condition.
